2.1875em;"><strong>一、精心组织，严把培养质量。</strong>省级基础教育教学名师培养工作在省教育厅和省人社厅的统一领导下，由陕西师范大学和陕西学前师范学院具体组织实施。培养单位要制定培养方案，报省教育厅、省人社厅审核同意后施行。培养方案要科学合理、有针对性，通过集中研修、名师工作室建设、承担教科研课题、开展送教帮扶等方式开展，优化完善项目管理机制，挖掘整合优质培训资源，助推培养对象综合素养提升。省教育厅、省人社厅将适时组织开展培养过程督导和对培养单位评估，确保教学名师培养工作高质量按期完成。</p></section><section 2.1875em;"><strong>二、强化研修，确保培养实效。</strong>省级教学名师培养期为2年，培养期满，经考核合格者，将命名为“第五批陕西省基础教育教学名师”。培养对象要正确认识教学名师的培养和成长对促进新时代基础教育高质量发展的重要意义，在培养单位的指导下，合理制定个人成长计划，按时按要求参加全过程培养；要注重提升自身和团队成员的综合素质和专业能力，注重过程性经验积累，做好经验和研究成果的推广和使用；要努力做到能力与修养相统一、专业与情怀相统一、理论与实践相统一，充分发挥示范引领和辐射作用，真正为区域基础教育质量提升和改革发展做出积极贡献。</p></section><section 2.1875em;"><strong>三、高度重视，做好协调保障。</strong>各市、县（区）教育行政部门要会同同级人社部门，给予政策支持，为培养对象开展在岗实践和名师工作室建设创造便利条件，提供必要经费和条件保障；从“三级三类”骨干教师中遴选出有专业发展潜力、能够发挥示范引领作用、学段及学科相同相近的骨干教师作为名师工作室成员；为名师工作室成员优先提供参加高端研修、学习考察和学术研讨等活动机会，并在课题申报、评优树模、骨干选拔、晋职晋级时优先考虑；支持并督促培养对象全面完成培养期内的各项目标任务。</p></section><section
