渭南一地城区发布重污染天气机动车禁限行通告
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p style='text-align: center;'><img src="https://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202111/03/114414mgzki7ppp7iykjob.jpg"></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.034em;'>根据省重污染天气应急指挥部办公室通知要求，经省空气质量预报中心与省气象台会商:2024年1月 28日起，受不利气象条件影响，空气质量逐步转差，我市可能出现中度以上污染过程，根据《渭南市重污染天气预警的通知》(2024年第4期)及《白水县重污染天气预警通告》，决定在县城区实施重污染天气机动车尾号限行Ⅱ级应急响应交通管理措施,现就有关事项通告如下：<br></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>一、限行时间</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2024年1月28日18时起至重污染天气Ⅱ级响应措施终止，每日7:00-20:00（法定节假日及公休除外）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>二、限行区域</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>城区禁止通行区域为：由雷公路—东环路—五马路—彭衙路—雷公路所形成的闭合区域内，区域边界涉及的道路不禁行。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>三、限行规定</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>限行区域内20%社会车辆（特种车辆除外），即星期一限行1和6，星期二限行2和7，星期三限行3和8，星期四限行4和9，星期五限行5和0。法定节假日和公休日不限行，若公休日因法定节假日调休为工作日的不限行。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong style='text-indent: 2em;font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;'>四、限行车辆</strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>主城区内限行区域行驶的所有机动车。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>五、以下特种车辆不受限制：</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 新能源汽车、公共汽车、出租车（不含租赁车辆）、长途客运车（含旅游客车）、经公安部门核定的学校校车以及通勤大型载客车；执行任务的警用车、执法车、消防车、救护车、清障车；环卫、园林、道路养护的专项作业车辆及殡葬专用车辆、绿色通道、民生运输车辆等。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>六、对违反本通告规定在禁行路段内通行的相关车辆，公安机关交通管理部门将通过电子警察和现场执法等方式，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等相关法律规定给予从重处罚。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>七、外籍号牌机动车适用于本通告。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>八、解除限行另行通告。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0.034em;'>特此通告</span></p><p style='text-align: right; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 白水县公安局交通管理大队</span></p><p style='text-align: right; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 2024年1月28日</span></p><p style='text-align: right; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><font size="1" face="微软雅黑" color="#c0c0c0">（来源：白水公安交警）</font></p><p style='text-align: center; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><img src="https://www.yewn.cn/data/attachment/forum/202401/23/085041kt2hh00ndn0f1q8f.png"></p><p><span style='outline: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑; font-weight: 800; letter-spacing: 2px; visibility: visible;'><br></span></p><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div>
