SimSun;'>会议强调，一要高度重视学校食堂复用餐饮具的风险隐患，春季开学后督促指导学校食堂、校外供餐单位立即全面开展自查整改，确保复用餐饮具安全卫生；二要切实落实学校食堂“双总监”配备工作，做好优势互补，夯实校企责任，有效推动学校食品安全“两个责任”落地生根；三要认真组织实施集中用餐单位标准化体系建设，形成示范带动作用，助力学校食堂标准化管理不断走深走实；四是大力推进智慧监管，在确保学校食堂“互联网+明厨亮灶”全覆盖的基础上，发展可抓拍、可回溯、可点播的监管新模式，进一步提高监管的精准性、靶向性；五是不断提高学校食堂监管数据录入率，严格按照风险等级确定检查频率并及时上传数据，有效守护广大师生“舌尖上的安全”。</span></p></section></section><section
