0px;'>幼儿园应有符合规定的组织机构和章程，</strong></span>建立健全财务管理制度、资产管理制度和预决算制度，实行园务、财务公开，有独立的对公账户，且账目清楚。对财政补助经费实行独立核算、专款专用，无虚报、冒领、挤占、挪用专项资金行为。依法开展年度财务审计，定期公开收支情况，无克扣或变相侵占幼儿伙食费的行为。</p><p style='outline: 0px;'><br style='outline: 0px;'></p><section style='outline: 0px;text-indent: 2em;'>幼儿园应当按照《教育部关于印发〈幼儿园教职工配备标准（暂行）〉的通知》要求，配备教职工，<span style='outline: 0px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong style='outline: 0px;'>保证教职工与幼儿以及保教人员与幼儿的比例合理，且符合任职资格条件，</strong></span>教职工工资待遇参照当地公办园教职工工资收入水平，合理确定相应教职工的工资收入等。</section><p style='outline: 0px;'><br style='outline: 0px;'></p><section style='outline:
