 党委副书记党继革希望与会科研项目负责人高度重视、扎实开展科研工作，严格执行经费管理制度，不断提升个人科研思维、能力、技巧及素质，科教科、财务科等相关部门应加强督导、积极服务，确保医院各级各类科研项目顺利开展。 </p><p><br></p><p>      院长乔梵指出，科技创新是医院发展的重要驱动力，2023年度医院科研工作持续提高，但仍存在科研积极性不高、科研经费使用不及时等问题。下一步医院将继续坚持创新驱动发展战略，加大科研投入力度，优化科研资源配置，深化科研项目精细化管理改革，落实科研成果奖励机制，大力促进科研成果转化，共同营造追求卓越的科研文化和锐意创新的科研氛围。同时鼓励科研骨干志存高远，不断提高科研意识、理念与意愿，增强自身核心竞争力，为医疗卫生事业和人民健康作出更大贡献。</p></section></section></section><section
