253);'><strong>体位：</strong></span>坐在床铺上，穿好鞋套，取左侧卧位，腰背部尽量贴近栏杆，身体前倾，双腿向上弯曲，膝盖尽量靠近胸部，脱掉裤子至臀部以下，露出肛门。正确的体位有助于医生更快完成进镜检查。检查过程中应缓慢呼吸，放松腹部，配合医生进镜。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;color: rgb(0, 0, 253);'><strong>（1）并发症：</strong></span>虽然胃镜检查引发并发症的概率极低，但仍可能出现咽喉部损伤、感染、下颌骨脱位、贲门撕裂出血、活检出血等情况；由于个人肠道解剖结构差异或体质、耐受性不同，部分患者无法完成全结肠镜检查。在极少数情况下，还可能出现出血、穿孔、脑血管意外等并发症，需住院立即处理。如检查后 24
