margin-bottom: 16px;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;"></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">市一院李洁副院长、医政股张乐乐干事、市一院医务科谢博副科长、肿瘤科邢国强科长、人事科薛军花科长等部分代表分别做了学习情况汇报。</span></section><p style="margin-bottom: 16px;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">汇报完后，张西峰书记做表态发言。他表示，我院今年工作将重点围绕运营管理、加快绩效制度改革，文化建设、信息化建设等方面开展，提升我院核心竞争力。</span></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">许宏波副局长指出，从粗放的绩效考核方式逐步推行精细化绩效管理是必经之路，医院应找准发展定位，重视学科建设，实现错位发展。首先提升信息化建设水平，有效利用信息化手段做好医院运营分析。其次做好成本核算，节约大量成本。最后通过薪酬制度改革，提高医务人员收入，调动人员工作积极性。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">程雪副局长指出，通过本次学习，大家收获颇多。首先，希望医院重视精细化管理和病案首页质量。其次，要做好运营成本、人力资源成本和医疗成本控制。第三，需要加强学科建设，并且要做好慢病管理、中医药特色技术应用等业务。最后，要重视学科建设，发展优势科室，打造优秀学科带头人，以提升医院的影响力。</span></section><section style="text-align: center;
