“至今没有公司录取我，很大一部分原因就是简历上的‘空白’，不少公司都很在意这段‘空白’。”一年的“职场空窗期”成了李臻求职路上无法忽视的阻碍。 李臻的遭遇并非个例。前不久，“职场人的简历不敢有空窗期”成为热议话题，当一些职场人经过一段时间的休息、学习或是探索自身更多可能性后，渴望回到职场，却发现“空窗期”成了“减分项”。求职者缘何选择“空窗”？“空窗期”后再出发，难度几何？记者对此进行了采访。 “职场空窗期”不罕见“因为工作压力逐渐增大和个人身体健康出现了一些问题，我主动选择辞职回到家乡。”2022年底，从事视频剪辑制作相关工作5年后，蒋双林离开了北京，开始了一段时间的“职业空窗期”生活。 许多人的“职业空窗期”表现为从原有生活模式中暂时跳出，尝试更多体验，为未来生活、学习和职业发展蓄力。 “去年一年，我去了两个国家长期旅行，体验了不同文化的生活方式，还开设了个人自媒体账号。”31岁的蒋双林说，这是一段难得的自由时光，摆脱了工作时的社交压力，可以尽情地读书、旅行、发展自己的兴趣爱好。 29岁的乔思宇则认为离职后的“空窗期”就像一个缓冲带。曾在事业单位工作3年的他感慨：“真正慢下来后，以前那种逼着自己必须前进的压力一下子消散了很多。” 熬夜亏空需要休息、考公考研提升自我、生育后暂时照顾家庭……由于各种各样的原因，一些职场人不得不暂时停下自身职业发展的脚步。通过一段职业“空白”，调整生活、探索自我、提升能力。 然而，重回职场时，简历里的这段“空白”成了阻碍许多人求职的主要原因。 记者在招聘网站上看到，有部分公司在公开的招聘信息内直接写明：“岗位要求最近离职空窗期3个月内”“近段工作空窗期不高于5个月”“工作的空窗期不能超过3个月”等要求。 解释“职场空窗期”成为挑战按时间顺序写下详细的工作经历是求职简历中不可或缺的一部分，一旦有断档，很难被忽略。采访中，多位有相似经历的年轻人都表示，在招聘过程中曾遇到面试官询问“空窗期”。 “有的公司能够接受面试详谈，有的公司就直接表示不匹配。”经历多次面试，李臻总结，无论面试时聊得多愉快，总能感受到“职场空窗期”对HR来说是减分项，“用人单位会担忧你长时间不工作，回归职场后可能无法适应职场的快节奏。” “在一些行业和公司中，特别是对连续工作经验和专业技能有较高要求的岗位，‘职场空窗期’会对求职者的竞争力产生一定的负面影响。”在北京一家人力资源有限公司从事人事工作的郑晓希告诉记者，招聘人员担心，在较长的“空白期”里，求职者是否能保持一定的技能和知识水平，这会对公司业务的连续性产生影响。 为了避免“职场空窗期”对求职产生影响，如何解释“空窗”的原因，变成了求职者的“必备技能”。在网上简单搜索，就能看到许多相关的包装话术和指导课程，不少帖子点赞数、收藏量上万。 因同样的原因被拒绝的次数多了，李臻难免焦虑。在网上搜索如何解释“职场空窗期”话术、技巧后，李臻却对话术的有用性产生了质疑：“这些话术有着相似的套路和规律，面对招聘人员的询问不一定有效。” “现在用人单位的招聘审核制度越来越严格，人力资源部门在录用前，会核实简历内容的真实性，大部分企业都会与应聘者原就职地进行沟通。”郑晓希提示，求职面试时千万不要编造简历，在面试前进行充分的自我准备和积极沟通，诚实面对面试人员提出的问题会更容易获得岗位认可。 “空窗期”不是职业发展的终点采访过程中，蒋双林成功应聘成为一家公司的产品经理。在他看来，想要跨过“职场空窗期”带来的求职阻碍，需要提前做好面试被问的准备，更重要的是自己要调整好心态，准备好重新出发。 在面试中，蒋双林展示了“空窗期”做自媒体积攒的资源和技能提升。“面试前还可以对公司和所在行业做些研究，知道行业近期在发生什么，以体现这段空白期并没有影响你对工作的热情。”蒋双林告诉记者。 对此郑晓希有着相同的看法。求职时，除了展现自身所具备的能力外，更应该有所准备地展露自己选择“空窗期”的必要性，将其作为自我职业规划的重要部分。 “作为一种正常的职场现象，‘空窗期’并不少见。求职待业期间，如果存在经济压力，符合条件的人员可以申请失业保险金或者失业补助金，给自己托底。”北京市昌平区人力资源公共服务中心的工作人员表示，求职者可关注市、区人力资源部门组织的公益性职业技能培训和招聘活动，社会方面也应提高宽容度，让求职者更加从容地找到适合自己的就业节奏。 采访中，休息了近8个月的乔思宇向记者透露，他已经准备好“再出发”。“毕竟‘空窗期’不是职业发展的终点，反而预示着一个新的开始。”他说。<section style='text-align: center;margin-bottom:
