0);'>坚决守牢导向监管底线。以庆典、献礼、表彰等为重点，部署开展违规从事商业广告宣传整治行动，依法依规严肃查处涉嫌借主题教育、新中国建立75周年、党的重大活动、建军、建党等名义违规从事商业广告宣传等行为。</span><strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>二是</span></strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>持续深化医疗美容虚假广告“清风行动”。清理整治涉及导向性、政治敏感性问题以及违背社会公序良俗、制造容貌焦虑、利用广告代言人做推荐、证明等虚假违法医疗美容广告，持续助力医美行业持续健康规范发展。</span><strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>三是</span></strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>开展金融领域违法广告治理“清新行动”。以金融机构，理财、保险业务广告宣传为重点，严厉查处宣扬无节制消费和奢靡生活方式，诱导受众接受不适当的金融产品和服务，对未来效果、收益或者与其相关的情况作出保证性承诺，明示或者暗示保本、无风险或者保收益的虚假违法广告，营造清新、有序的金融领域广告市场环境，使群众放心储蓄、明白理财。</span><strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>四是</span></strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);'>开展民生领域违法广告治理“清查行动”。以与群众生活密切相关的医疗、药品、保健食品、医疗器械、教培机构、旅游市场、健身机构等领域广告宣传推广为重点，全面开展排查治理，查处损害人民群众利益的各类虚假违法广告行为，服务群众美好生活需求。</span><strong><span style='text-indent: 36px;caret-color: rgb(255, 0,
