渭南市市场监督管理局部署开展民生领域广告监管专项整治“清查行动”

letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);'><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>一是</strong>保持对医疗美容广告违法行为高压严打态势。严格规范医疗美容广告发布行为，严厉打击未经广告审查发布医疗美容广告以及制造容貌焦虑、夸大医美功效等违法行为。严肃查处平台、直播间以及美妆类主播、达人在直播营销中发布违法医疗美容广告的行为。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>二是</strong>从严查处“神医”“神药”广告。严惩借健康科普等形式变相发布医疗、药品、医疗器械、保健食品广告，严厉整治在广告中冒充专家或者名医开展宣传、未经审核发布相关广告等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>三是</strong>加强对保健食品及其他食品的广告监管。严防保健食品疗效化和普通食品功效化宣传。依法查处宣称事项与事实不符或者违反有关标准要求的食品广告。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>四是</strong>依法查处近视防控类产品虚假违法广告。持续整治混淆真性与假性近视，使用“康复”“恢复”“降低度数”“近视治愈”“近视克星”“度数修复”等表述误导消费者的广告。从严处置伪造统计数据或者科学实验数据宣传近视防控效果等虚假违法广告。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>五是</strong>加强化妆品、消毒产品等日化商品广告监管。大力整治在广告中明示或者暗示化妆品、消毒产品具有医疗作用的违法行为，严查以“修复龋齿”“抗幽门螺旋杆菌”等为噱头对牙膏产品进行营销炒作。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>六是</strong>切实规范各类培训广告。认真贯彻落实中央“双减”文件要求，持续做好对校外培训广告的清理工作，依法打击制造升学焦虑、假冒“名校”“名师”等违法广告行为。加大对职业技能培训广告的监管力度，从严整治“快速取证”“包过”等广告乱象。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>七是</strong>严厉打击养老领域虚假违法广告行为。重点查处明示或暗示食品或者日用品对老年人具有保健、疾病预防或治疗等功能，严厉打击假借养老服务机构之名以投资、加盟、入股养生养老基地、“时间银行”互助养老项目等名义发布涉养老广告违法违规行为。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>八是</strong>持续强化房地产广告监管力度。坚决打击发布承诺养老、入学、就业、升值或者投资回报的房地产广告，严肃查处涉及导向问题、借敏感事件等违法广告。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>九是</strong>扎实推进旅游市场广告监管工作。开展旅游市场广告清理整治，对以“低价游”“免费游”“康养旅游”“零购物” 等名义欺骗误导消费者的虚假违法广告行为，一经发现从重从快查处。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'><strong style='max-inline-size: 100%;cursor: text;'>十是</strong>大力整治健身机构广告乱象。及时处置广告内容与事实不符，违规使用代言误导宣传等违法行为，重点整治健身机构利用“充值”“会员”“减肥”“私教”等名义发布虚假违法广告误导、欺骗消费者的行为。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;max-inline-size: 100%;margin-bottom: 14px;cursor: text;line-height: 1.75;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 18px;font-family:宋体, SimSun;'>广大消费者如遇民生领域广告消费纠纷或违法行为，请保留相关证据，及时拨打“12315”“12345”热线或向当地相关部门进行反映。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p style='display: none;'><mp-style-type data-value="3"></mp-style-type></p></div><p></p> 切实保障消费者合法权益 保障消费者的合法权益 广大消费者如遇民生领域广告消费纠纷或违法行为，请保留相关证据，及时拨打“12315”“12345”热线或向当地相关部门进行反映。 保障消费者的合法权益
