letter-spacing: normal;'>2024年5月12日16时22分，成华区分局接一女子报警称自己的车辆被人损坏，民警迅速到达现场处置。经公安机关询问双方当事人、询问证人、调取监控等工作，查明：当日16时16分，张某某（男，41岁）酒后路过长融街时，触摸敲打停靠在路边的一辆黑色JEEP越野车，被车主罗某（女，65岁）发现后口头制止，随后张某某继续往前行走。罗某检查车辆后发现车辆右后方挡泥板有划痕，便立即驾车至长融街与长融西三路路口追上张某某。罗某质问张某某将其车辆划伤并要求其道歉，遭到张某某否认，两人随后发生口角、相互指责谩骂，进而发生抓扯。民警到达现场后，准备将张某某、罗某带回派出所进一步调查处理时，张某某拒不配合、执意离开，民警依法进行口头传唤无效后，强制将其带离现场。民警准备将罗某及其车辆一并带回派出所时，因现场聚集大量围观群众无法顺利驾车离开，17时35分，民警驾驶警车将罗某带回派出所。目前，张某某和罗某已协商达成谅解并签订《治安调解协议书》。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px;
