2.125em;'>比赛现场，李维以《从日常习惯做起，呵护颈椎健康每一天》为题，深入浅出讲解了颈椎病的预防、自我检查和日常保健的科学方法，引导公众养成健康的生活方式。杨阳以《生命的拥抱-海姆立克急救法》为题，通过现场示范方式介绍海姆立克急救法基本要领，提高了公众在突发事件中的自我保护和应急救护能力。李琪以《打鼾不是病-阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的危害与防治》为题，普及了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的危害及防治方法，增强了公众对呼吸睡眠健康的认识。</span><br></p></section><section
