SimSun;'>执法人员重点查看外卖餐饮单位是否依法取得营业执照、食品经营许可证；食品加工操作场所是否整洁卫生；食品原料采购索证索票是否齐全、台账建立是否规范；餐饮器具清洗消毒制度是否落实到位；从业人员体检健康证明是否有效；外卖食品是否严格执行食安“封签”管理制度等。检查中，执法人员向从业人员宣传了《中华人民共和国食品安全法》《中华人民共和国反食品浪费法》等相关法律法规，督促经营者落实食品安全主体责任，增强法治意识和防范风险意识。</span></p></section></section></section><section
