现在很难见到盲人了，可是专为盲人修留有盲道，这无可后非。可是现在脑瘫坐电动残疾轮椅路上到处都是，多的很，可是很多路上到处设立减速带有的还特别高，使使残疾轮椅车无法行走，有的地方还没别的路可以弯着走。这又是什么道理？
