2.125em;'>本次招录工作严格遵循《关于做好陕西省2024年度住院医师规范化培训和助理全科医生培训招收工作的通知》要求，采取多维度考核模式，确保选拔出具备专业理论、临床技能、综合素养及心理素质的优秀人才。招录过程分为理论考试、技能考核、结构化面试和心理测评五个环节，由各专业基地主任担任主考官，选拔优秀带教师资担任考官，确保考核的公正性和专业性。</p></section><section
