《医学实验室质量和能力认可准则的应用要求》标准和相关规程，对实验室所涵盖的16个管理要素和17个技术要素开展了全面审核。现场评审以来，实验室按照CNAS评审专家组提出的意见和建议，召开了主题分析会，制定整改方案和整改措施，开展集中培训、考核评估和跟踪验证，6月20日提交整改报告并顺利通过CNAS审核验收。本次认可能力范围包含实验室所开展的临床免疫学、临床化学、分子诊断和输血医学4个领域的15个检测项目。</span></section><p
