16px;'>2、连续使用热力的权利。热源单位、供热单位应当按规定保证正常、稳定、连续供热；供热单位应当建立供热服务承诺制度，向社会公开服务内容、服务标准和办事程序，公开收费标准和投诉电话，在供热期间实行24小时不间断服务；发现问题或者接到投诉，应当及时处理。供热单位工作人员对热用户室内供热设施进行检查、维修时，应当向热用户出示有效证件，文明服务。</span></section><section </span></section><section style='outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（五）擅自扩大供热面积或者擅自加装散热器、擅自改变用热系统； </span></section><section style='outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>（六）其他影响供热设施正常运行和供热质量的行为。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'>2、经催告后，用热方在合理期限内仍不支付热费及违约金。热用户应当按供用热合同约定及时缴纳热费。逾期未缴纳热费的，供热单位可以向用户发出催缴通知书，用户自收到催缴通知书满15日仍未缴纳的，供热单位在不损害其他用户用热权益的情况下，可以对其限热或者停止供热，并向供热主管部门备案。</span></section><section style='outline:
