text-indent: 0em;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;height: auto !important;"></span></section><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">最后，张君升院长指出，学院高度重视职业技能大赛，一直将职业技能大赛视为检验教师教学成果、提升学生专业素养的重要。技能大赛是一个持续积累的过程，要求参赛人员持续参与其中，尤其要在比赛过程中汲取宝贵的经验与教训，并在赛后进行全面且深入的总结反思，才能取得更好的成绩。同时，也要紧跟现代社会技能技术变革的脚步，积极开拓新的竞赛赛道。主要从以下几方面进行突破：一、通过对竞赛规则流程、标准、时间分配、得分点等细节方面进行深入细致研读，以系为单位进行反复模拟、推演、总结、提高、再提高，在传统赛项中不断发掘，提升优势赛项，同时要开拓、突破新赛道。二、参赛选手、指导教师、裁判一定要走出去，要向竞赛强校、名企多学习、多请教、多交流、深入研讨竞赛方法。三、在全院营造良好的竞赛氛围，充分做到了解大赛、心系大赛、关注大赛，全校崇尚大赛、重视大赛，形成勇于摘金夺银、你追我赶的超越氛围。四、对标省赛国赛，项目资金和学院重点资金向大赛设备靠拢、倾斜，为大赛提供强有力的硬件保障。五、积极鼓励教师、学生参赛, 选拔种子选手，充分以社团带动大赛，注意选拔好苗子，同时，也要注重选手理论提升、突破瓶颈、提升知识能力、文化素养和心理素质。六、所有部门负责人要未雨绸缪，高度重视职业技能大赛，提前设计、谋划、安排、协调组织大赛，并全程参与，关心、关注选手，技能大赛成绩要作为处室考核的重要指标。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><span style="font-size: 17px;">本次会议旨在对陕西省2024职业技能大赛进行全面复盘与深度研讨以汲取经验，为后期参与国赛筑牢根基，充分发挥大赛对教学改革和专业建设的引领作用，坚持“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促建、以赛促改”，推动赛教深度融合、教学改革创新，充分发挥职业技能大赛在人才培养中的引领示范作用，精诚团结，形成合力，为技能大赛储备优秀技能人才，赋能师生成长成才，助力学院高质量发展。</span></p><section><br></section></section></section></section><section style="margin-top: -20px;
