normal;">（一）各级卫生健康行政部门、军队有关单位及军地血站要通过短视频、宣传片、宣传画册等多种形式组织做好宣传工作。各军地血站要通过短信等形式主动提示无偿献血者查询献血记录渠道，为无偿献血者提供解释答疑等支持帮助。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 8px;margin-top: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: normal;">（二）各级退役军人事务部门要加强与卫生健康行政部门、军队有关单位的对接联系，掌握工作情况，协同向退役军人等服务对象解答无偿献血记录查询、血费跨省异地减免申请方式等相关政策咨询。</span></p><section style="line-height:
