我觉得自从智能化手机普及以后，这个命题已经成了老生常谈的问题了。很多家长也已经逐步了解到手机的危害性了，只不过是孩子天天吵缠着要。索性买了一个给了一个堵上嘴，自以为自己能控制了。但是你们想到了没有这个手机他本来就是一个中性的产物没有优劣好坏之分但是。在一个心智尚未成熟的孩子手里，有可能就像水浒传一样。所以我的建议是最好不要买。家里有平板的或者其他电子器械的，在用的时候必须讲好条件，落好规矩，就像打牌一样先讲后不争。
一是严格的落实使用时间。
二是落实手机的内容或游戏的内容。坚决不能刷短视频。
三要玩的时候必须在父母的陪伴下才行，绝对杜绝自己的偷着玩。
该条件必须落实在纸上贴在墙上，双方追踪。 虽然现在孩子大部分都拥有自己的手机 但应不应该给初中生买手机视孩子的自制力而定有些孩子坚决不能买手机没有自制力的孩子一旦实现手机自由百分之百废了因为手机耽误学习都是小事情有些孩子因为手机误入歧途有些孩子因为手机成为犯罪分子这是不争的事实就是自制力非常强的孩子 家长都不能掉以轻心必须要加强监管 做到收放自如 这个怎么说呢，我家孩子小学就开始配手机了，由于家里经常没人陪孩子，孩子的作业都要通过手机微信，钉钉，QQ才能知道，并上传给各大软件。各人认为不能隔绝孩子与外界接触，手机害人，成人自控能力都不行，何况是孩子就看怎么引导了！我家俩孩子都有手机，他俩自己安排自己用手机的时间，作业也一样。不归我管。作为家长，我只打预防针，不负责替他们善后 虽然我娃有手机，而且被我媳妇摔坏了好几次，每次我都给重新买了。说实话，我还是建议朋友们不应该买手机！！！根本控制不住，看作业的同时还是忍不住玩，或者跟同学胡谝。肯定耽搁学习呢！ 初中正是学习的年龄，坚决不能给买手机，这我有亲身体会，家里有个孩子就是上初一的时候给个手机，一天放学就拿手机玩，一天都不好好学习，从初二就把手机给收了，到初三中考考了一个理想分数，起码上了高中了，要是给手机估计高中都危险， 个人认为应该给初中再多的孩子买手机。手机的类型应该是不能进行网上视频或者什么的手机。也就是说类似于老年机的一种机子只能通信，不能干别的用。这样有利于家长与孩子，孩子与孩子之间的沟通。就是性能单一的手机。因为现阶段孩子主要是以学习为主。一旦使用了智能机。孩子就有可能影响到学习。甚至网络上有些不良的东西很容易叫孩子接触上。避免这样的现象就只能是让孩子使用单一的通讯用手机。 现在的孩子自制力太差了，手机耽误学习都是小事情有些孩子因为手机误入歧途有些孩子因为手机成为犯罪分子这是不争的事实就是自制力非常强的孩子 家长都不能掉以轻心必须要加强监管 做到收放自如。 不买不可能，我觉得孩子的自律能力也是一个重要因素，如果孩子能够自我管理，合理使用手机，那么手机可以成为一个有益的工具。家长应该与孩子一起制定手机使用规则，确保手机的使用是安全、健康和有益的

我觉得自从智能化手机普及以后，这个命题已经成了老生常谈的问题了。很多家长也已经逐步了解到手机的危害性了，只不过是孩子天天吵缠着要。索性买了一个给堵上嘴，自以为自己能控制了。但是你们想到了没有这个手机他本来就是一个中性的产物没有优劣好坏之分。但是，在一个心智尚未成熟的孩子手里，有可能就像水浒传一样。所以我的建议是最好不要买。家里有平板的或者其他电子器械的，在用的时候必须讲好条件，落好规矩，约法三章，就像打牌一样先讲后不争。一是严格的落实使用时间。二是落实手机的内容或游戏的内容，坚决不能刷短视频。三要玩的时候必须在父母的陪伴下才行，绝对杜绝自己的偷着玩。
该条件必须写在纸上，贴在墙上，落实到行动上，必要时加强网络监督。
