社交障碍：过度依赖网络会导致老年人参与社会活动的机会减少，造成社交障碍和心理疾病。 沉迷网络无法自拔的，不光是孩子，成年人也没用自控能力，但凡会智能手机的人，基本上一有空就会玩手机，大家都习惯了。 现在的老年人基本上都是独居，可以适当给老人一点私人空间，年轻人都这样，更何况老年人，他们也需要自己的空间，更需要关爱 上网现在是普遍现象，但是沉溺其中，就是得不偿失了。尤其是好多老人为了签到或者刷视频，得到几分几厘的回报，真的是不值得，为了健康，还是适可而止，也奉劝更多老人，走进大自然，多亲近生活中的人和事，做一个乐观向上的老人。 对我来说老人只要高兴别说上网了就是睡到网上我也不管，为什么，原因很简单只要他们高兴就行。 我没见过有老人沉迷于上网，我觉得吧，他们沉迷于上网还是太孤单了，没有儿女陪伴，又有可能是年轻的时候没玩过，现在过一把瘾 老年人时间支配相对自由、无刚性作息要求，导致外部约束力下降，容易沉迷网络，给身心带来双重伤害，包括眼部疾病、神经衰弱、肩颈腰背疼痛、食欲减退等健康问题，以及财产安全问题，如容易成为诈骗的目标。
老年人成天拿手机刷抖音，刷视频，这对老人而言，无可厚非。
这都是对自己的老年生活缺乏合理安排，一旦沉迷于上网，对颈椎和眼睛都不好，而且缺乏运动，身体就会越来越差。
