会议围绕质控工作开展、质控医师管理、质量改进项目申报及病历质控等核心议题进行讨论。质管科李苗对科级质控“不想干、不会干、不肯干”的现状进行剖析，以等级医院评审细则为背景依据，展望新一年医院将实施的系列举措，包括构建全面的院级质量管理体系、细化科室质控小组活动流程、推行同质化的院级监管策略等，为科室质量把控精准导航。随后，质管科杨耀东解读《质控医师管理办法》，清晰界定科级质管员、科级病历质控医师、院级质控专家及院级病历质控医师的选拔条件、职责范畴与考核机制，为医师质控工作的规范化提供有力支撑。质管科屈小露就PDSA项目申报书的应用进行详尽说明，为项目高效推进铺设明确路径。</font></p><p
