电动车的便利、廉价、快捷，是大众在拥堵的城市交通环境中无奈的选择！新规要求电动自行车具备北斗定位，通信与动态安全监测功能，这样的电动车售价目前在线上价格都在四五千块以上，会有多少打工族选择？
