170);'><strong>预计1月30日（初二）至2月2日（初五），大范围雨雪天气过程将影响我省。雨雪天气主要发生在30日（初二）午后至31日（初三）白天和1日（初四）白天。</strong></span>陕北<strong>有小到中雪</strong>（0.5～3毫米），关中<strong>有中到大雪</strong>（4～8毫米），秦巴山区、商洛北部<strong>有大雪</strong>（5～10毫米），<strong>局地暴雪</strong>（10～15毫米），陕南中西部<strong>有小雨</strong>（1～8毫米）。过程新增积雪深度：陕北0～3厘米，关中大部、商洛北部3～7厘米，秦巴山区局地10～15厘米。另外受中等强度冷空气影响，预计2月3日（初六）至4日（初七）有一次降温大风天气，过程日平均气温全省大部下降4～6℃，局地下降8℃以上。陕北、关中大部、商洛、秦岭山区有4～5级偏北风，阵风可达6级以上。此次过程具有雨雪范围广、强度大，伴有雨雪转换，与前期强降雪过程存在叠加效应。近期气温偏低，积雪消融较慢，降雪落区与前期叠加，雨雪天气道路结冰风险高，对春运出行、城市运行带来不利影响。
