letter-spacing: 0pt;'>一、不送孩子到无证培训机构参加培训。</span></strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>一是无证培训机构未经过审验，有可能存在建筑质量、消防、应急、卫生、安全等风险。二是资金未接受监管，教师资质及培训内容未经过审核，极有可能出现“卷钱跑路”“退费难”等现象，培训质量和家庭利益无以保障。<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></section><section style='margin-right: 0pt;padding: 0pt;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3"><strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>二、不让孩子在双休日及法定节假日参加学科类培训。</span></strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>区“双减”专班将常态化对学科类培训进行督查检查，对违规开展学科类培训的机构将予以叫停，孩子的学习和生活节奏也会受到影响，因此建议您：坚决不让孩子在双休日及法定节假日参加学科类培训。<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></section><section style='margin-right: 0pt;padding: 0pt;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3"><strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>三、不让孩子参加隐形变异培训。</span></strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>以“教育咨询、文化传播、托管服务、国学素养、阅读馆”等名义开展学科类培训的行为均属违法违规行为，均为严厉打击对象。此外，一些举办者为逃避检查，采取锁门、安装栅栏、封闭通道等手段，将孩子置于密闭场所，安全存在重大隐患。建议您为孩子安全负责，远离学科类隐形变异培训。<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></section><section style='margin-right: 0pt;padding: 0pt;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3"><strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>四、不提前、超前缴费，坚决不预存学费，自觉维护家庭资金安全。</span></strong><span style='font-family: 微软雅黑; letter-spacing: 0pt;'>一是学科类不要一次性缴纳超过三个月或60课时的费用，非学科类一次性缴费不超过5000元；二是费用只交机构公户，不要交钱、转账给任何个人账户；三是要通过“全国校外教育培训监管与服务综合平台”购买课程，且报名手续要完备：要与培训机构签订《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本）》（教育部、市场监管总局2021年修订）并认真阅读，不接受任何口头承诺及其他版本合同的签订；索要正规票据，查看收费机构与报名机构名称是否一致，交款金额与票据填写数额是否一致，交款事项与报名科目及课时数量是否一致；不轻信无依据的推销话术，自觉抵制各类打折、赠课等优惠。<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></section><section style='margin-right: 0pt;padding: 0pt;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 8px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
