margin-top: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3">1.各分站应本着自觉自愿的原则进行招生，不得强制学生进行报名。各分站建档立卡学生参与培训，实行全免费政策。（需由分站上报培训人次时提供《建档立卡免费学生名单》及结论资料。）</font></span></p><p style='text-align: justify; margin-top: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3">2.分站应依据自身的场地、设施、设备及师资力量的具体情况，确定培训科目。严格按照活动中心开设的项目设置招生，不得设立学科类相关科目，自立项目、私自收费的分站后果自行承担。</font></span></p><p style='text-align: justify; margin-top: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><font size="3">3.各分站要利用优质教育资源，培训期间多开展公益性免费活动，同时周内课后服务积极开展艺术、科技等社团活动。</font></span></p><p style='text-align: justify;
