三分钟热度的事很多...十几年前转呼啦圈热时我买了一个呼啦圈，然后还没学会摇就收藏起来了；七八年前学瑜伽，瑜伽垫买了几个，只坚持了几星期就不练了；三年前看人家扭扭棒做的手工很好看，于是扭扭捧.胶枪.花杆等配件买了许多，热了几个月，又懒得弄了；钩针.毛线买了不少，一件东西也没钩出来......这种事太多，数都数不过来，归根结底是心理浮躁，干啥都静不下心，缺少毅力和韧劲，这个毛病得改。 心血来潮想学电子琴，买了一堆工具和资料，结果没坚持多久就放弃了；又突然决定要健身，办了卡买了装备，但后来就很少去了。这些事情虽然当时很热情，但因为缺乏持久的动力和计划，很快就会冷却下来。不过，这些经历也并非毫无意义，它们至少让我们尝试了新的事物，说不定哪一天又会重新燃起兴趣呢。
跑步，坚持没几天就放弃了，
看书，也没坚持下去，放弃了，可以说是3分钟热度 做过很多三分钟热度的事，突然觉得书法很好，既能消遣时间，又能提高品味，买了很多纸，贴子买了很多，毛笔买了几个，最多一个星期，束之高阁了，现在只有笔洗了，还有朗读，买了很多书，自己配乐，最多三天，这事还麻烦的很，哈哈，唯一坚持住的就是去年学会麻将了，天天的，开心哟，哈哈! 钓鱼，哈哈，买了鱼线、鱼钩等钓鱼器具，然后走路2小时，钓了2小时，一天没钓到，回家2小时，挨打一小会，从此以后无缘钓鱼。 三分钟热度的事情不少，大多是在青少年时期发生的，成年时期也有几个，比如想学武术，买了三节棍，没练几次就放手了，去少林寺买了一把大刀，一次都没练过，当废铁卖了。 我觉得这个就是买东西的时候。三分钟热度比如说买一个空气炸锅。就说回来一定要经常做很多好吃的给孩子吃。结果买回来就放在家里空载那里真的是没用几次？所以说我觉得这也是三分钟热度。还有买的一些面粉说做包子也没有经常做这些都是三分钟热度的事行动起来就比较懒，有时候觉得自己太懒了还是要加油吧。 那当然有了经常做这种事。经常觉得自己什么事都做得好，什么都是很棒的。花钱如流水。比如说买的衣服也是说经常会穿着结果买回来，经常都没穿都放在衣柜放久了，就不想穿了，这都是三分钟热度的设计乱花钱。所以还是要克制一下自己。不要乱花钱。 以前找了一个工作就是三分钟热度，感觉这个工作自己特别喜欢，特别能坚持下来，结果去上了几天班就不想做了，又去换了其他工作，所以说这也是一个三分钟热度的是岁数，大家千万不要这样，一定要好好的，做什么事要坚持下去，加油 回想起来我截止目前还没有做过一件三分钟热度的事首先我不爱凑热闹不爱跟风 不爱随大流 不管遇到啥事都会冷静思考 应该是在0102年那时，看电视那些玩吉他的人酷滴很，自己问家里要钱也买了一把吉他，刚开始还可以，新鲜感过去了也不练了，左手指摁的疼的酸的{:14_529:} 练字贴，因为给孩子买的，所以心热孩子上学后自己也练一练，但因杂事太多，断断续续写了十来天，就放弃了。 做过三分钟热度的事也很多，比如跑步，三天没跑出去就放弃了，早上起不来，还有早上起来做早点，也是坚持了不到两天就放弃了，买了一堆小可爱锅碗瓢盆啥的，结果都么用，原因是一醒来就该中午吃饭点了。 做了个弹弓 到扔到墙角共用了二十分钟买了个握力器 第一次玩了半小时 扔一边了看见了 握几分钟又扔边上去了买了个沙袋 就买回来那天锤了半小时 现在在墙上吃灰买了个篮球 打过两次就扔床底了半年后想起来找出来没气了我把气门芯没拔 买的滑轮鞋 滑过一次便宜卖了 三分钟热度的事很多...十几年前转呼啦圈热时我买了一个呼啦圈，然后还没学会摇就收藏起来了；七八年前学瑜伽，瑜伽垫买了几个，只坚持了几星期就不练了；三年前看人家扭扭棒做的手工很好看，于是扭扭捧.胶枪.花杆等配件买了许多，热了几个月，又懒得弄了；钩针.毛线买了不少，一件东西也没钩出来......这种事太多，数都数不过来，归根结底是心理浮躁，干啥都静不下心，缺少毅力和韧劲，这个毛病得改。 试过去剪映、爱剪辑等APP上学剪辑，但是没有学深入，后来因为耐心不足，没了后续。
画画。看别人作画的时候总觉得很简单，自己完全可以画的比别人还好，但是事实证明，自己就是白交钱了，起因还是短视频，最近抖音上正火的油画风，用油画棒就可以完成，操作非常的简单，但是当我兴致勃勃的买好油画棒之后，才发现对于我这种手残党来说就是磨难，画其实不是很重要，重要的是怎么巧妙的使用那个按摩棒，还有构思整体的结构，脑子一空，根本不知道自己要画什么。 以前有三分钟热度，买了一些东西为了减肥，可是用了不到两次，就不用了，现在还是那个体重，没有一点减下去， 我得好好想一想，写作、读书、针织……还挺多，针织是织了两针，实在没有那个耐心，读书被电子产品吸引走了注意力，写作没有那个自信。就是如此。 1、买日语教材立志追番不用字幕，结果卡在五十音图直接放弃

3、疫情期间囤油画棒想当手账达人，现在颜料在抽屉里结成化石 十字绣大图，买了绣了几天颈椎疼的不行，现在十年过去了，十字绣一针没动。 买了点儿贴肚脐的膏药，几年都没有贴。犹豫了很长时间，从网上买了两个巴掌大的车挂，绣了几针至今没有绣完，因为费脖子费眼费腰。买的保健品维生素，总是忘了吃完。买的有限的化妆品过了保质期还没用完。唉！ 短视频的流行，越来越多有才艺的人被看到，我经常看手机上很多写字博主拍的视频，真的特别好看！笔若蛟龙，翩若游龙。所以给我也产生了一种，我也可以写成这样的错觉。我的兴致立马上来了，想着自己也可以当个写字博主，既能练字还能修身养性，出门之后再也没有人嘲笑我的字像狗爬的一样了，所以我志气满满的从网上购买了笔墨纸砚等用具，正当我打算一展才华时，发现我连执笔都不会。毛笔都不会握，自己也只是凭借着那一腔热情，当看到自己写的歪歪扭扭的字迹的时候，那所剩无几的热情也灰飞烟灭了。
记得刚上班的第一年春节前，时间大概是1999年，受了同事的启发，买了一大堆自学考试的专业课本，会计专业的，后来一直没去看。现在课本也不知道搁到哪了，一百多呢，出发点是好的，可是就是没有坚持到底。 三分钟热度干了不少，看别人早上出去鍛炼没坚持，又买空气炸锅只用了两会，豆浆机打了几次觉得麻烦，又放那不打了，觉得干啥都不能坚持，对自己失去信心。 曾经有一段时间看人家学习乐器挺有意思的，所以我也就想学习就买了一件乐器。当然是的学习中间发现自己的月的水平非常差没有办法很好地能学下去。所以最后也就放弃了。这就是典型的一个三分种热的事。当然生活中还有许多这种事情也就不一一叙述了。所以要想做个什么事情，一定要想清楚，然后坚定不移的做下去。只有坚定不移的做下去，才能成功。切勿盲目！ 做了一年短剧，剪辑视频，和横店里面待过，一起合影，唯一遗憾自己连跑龙套的活没干，只是个摄影看别人演！ 要说三分钟热度的事，还真的有过，记得前几年有一天突然想跳绳锻炼身体，买回来以后只跳过一天没有了后续，现在还在家放着，现在想想不是爱好很难坚持。 我有过这样的经历：看到别人弹吉他特别帅，心血来潮买了一把吉他，结果没练几天就扔在角落吃灰了；办了健身卡，发誓要练出好身材，可去了几次就不想去了。这种只有三分钟热度的做事方式，真的很难让我做成什么事。 我这人比较专一，每件事都会坚持好久，骑自行车运动12年，2004-2017，然后开始跑步到现在，8年已经21067公里
我多次的做过的且以后还有可能会做的三分钟热度的事情就是。。。！！！！！减肥！！！！！每次都是最多坚持三天。。然后就躺平了。。。如此已经反复多回了{:14_535:}{:14_535:}{:14_535:} 3分钟的热度的事情有很多。想当年学织毛衣。工具都买齐了，但是没有织，还有十字绣，因为颈椎疼，所以也没学。 记得刚毕业没多久，看到同学考公务员，我也想考，家人陪着我去西安购买书籍，然后我利用暑假赶紧看记笔记，等到单位上班时，公务员需要网上报名，傻眼了不会，当时也没找哥哥帮忙，就放弃了。那时若继续不一定还能早早弄个小官当一当。这种三分热度是干不了大事的 某天想着为了健康，要开始好好地锻炼身体。甚至特意买了新的运动装备，决心一定要拼上一把，彻底证明自己的潜力。结果信心满满地坚持了两天，第三天因为天气突然降温，外出跑步很冷，所以暂歇一天。结果第四天就理所当然地放弃了。 个人观点

再就是跳绳，买回来一次都没用过

典型滴“猴子拌包谷” 记得应该是学电脑吧！ 碟机买回来只用了两次，就尘封了，还有，想在的手机都和相机能媲美。闲置！
