text-indent: 2.08333em; font-size: 18px;" align="justify"><span style="color: rgb(38, 38, 38); text-shadow: none; letter-spacing: 0.75px; font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">9月8日，公司变电运维人员早早的来到羌白变进行操作。调度下令后，运维人员严格按照标准化流程开展操作，设立第二监护人，全过程录音、唱票。布置安全措施、放置标识牌。9时左右，来自公司变电检修中心和二次检修中心的变电二次运检一班、开关检修三班、电气试验三班和变压器检修三班四个班组30多人齐聚该站，在作业现场运维工作许可人与检修工作负责人现场进行工作交底，再次明确了设备运行情况，在交代现场安全注意事项后，综合检修工作全面展开。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;
