近期，假借消防部门名义诈骗行为时有发生，很多社会单位相继被犯罪分子通过打电话、发传真、邮寄书籍、印制消防宣传资料、消防培训、指定招标甚至仿造公文等方式诈骗，人民群众的财产受到损失，消防部队的名誉受到影响。为保护人民群众的合法利益、惩治诈骗分子、维护消防部队形象，渭南市公安消防支队提醒各社会单位和个人，犯罪分子根据消防部队防火监督和拥有执法权的特点

翻新花样在社会，上大肆行骗。主要行骗方式有以下几种:

一、 假借消防协会名义， 用打电话的方式要求单位予以消防经费赞助
</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; text-align: center;">

</p>

向指定的银行汇款;
</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px; text-align: center;">
<br/>
</p>
<p style="font-size: 14px;">
二、以消防部队的名义，向企业单位发传真举办各类消防安全培训为由，收取培训费;
</p>

</p>

三、冒充消防部队领导、工作人员， 通过电话、手机信息诈骗要求社会单位订购消防书籍、杂志，参加消防培训等;

四、直接将消防知识有关资料寄到社会单位，然后电话通知汇款;
</p>

五、冒充消防执法人员，以上门开展消防检查，检修消防设施为借口
</p>

采取恐吓的方式当场收取“罚款'

六、自称是“防火宣传中心”、“防火部”的“自荐”电话，称免费开展消防培训，并借机推销或强制购买高出市场价数倍的灭火器材和火场逃生器材;

七、冒充消防部队领导、工作人员，指定装修工程、消防工程等，或赊账、拉赞助等。

渭南市公安消防支队请各社会单位和个人一旦发现类似行为，要及时向当地公安机关报警，积极提供相关线索， 配合侦破案件。同时，渭南市公安消防支队郑重声明:凡是以消防部队名义索取钱、财、物或指定、摊派的行为都是诈骗活动，消防部门在办理消防审批、消防执法、消防培训都不收取任何费用，消防部门和个人不存在要求企业购买指定物品、指定工程、赊账等行为，消防监督执法罚没款均上缴到市财政局对公帐户，建设、装修工程，购买消防装备均以社会公开招投标的方式进行。

同时，渭南市公安消防支队鼓励社会单位和个人积极参与到打击诈骗行为中来，遇到诈骗时可拨打110向公安机关报警，以利违法犯罪嫌疑人到案。遇有疑问也可拨打消防支队24小时值班电话96119询问。请广大市民共同监督，相互转达，打击犯罪行为，保护个人财产，谨防上当受骗。
