box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: left; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;">为贯彻《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《国务院关于印发打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动计划的通知》（国发〔2018〕22号）有关要求，加强机动车污染控制，在重点区域提前实施《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国第六阶段）》（GB18352.6-2016）和《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国第六阶段）》（GB17691-2018）中第六阶段排放标准，现就有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="text-align: left; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;"><br style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;"></p><p style="text-align: left; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;">一、自2019年7月1日起，<span style="max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(165, 200, 255); color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">关中地区（西安市、铜川市、宝鸡市、咸阳市、渭南市、韩城市、杨凌示范区、西咸新区）销售和注册登记的轻型汽车应符合《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国第六阶段）》（GB18352.6-2016）6a阶段标准要求；销售和注册登记的公交、邮政、环卫等城市用途重型汽车应符合《重型柴油车污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国第六阶段）》（GB17691-2018）6a阶段标准要求。</strong></span></p><p style="text-align: left; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em;">“国六”标准将分为 6a 和 6b 两个阶段。第一个阶段是从 2020 年 7 月 1 日开始，不能销售、注册、上牌低于排放标准 6A 的汽车；第二个阶段是从 2023 年 7 月 1 日开始，不能销售、注册、上牌低于排放标准 6B 的汽车。</p><p style="text-align: left;
