我们都知道0.99比1.01只少了0.02，但又有多少人知道0.99的365次方却比1.01的365次方少了37.75，而1的365次方永远是1，</span><span style="font-size: 16px;">所以我一直将每日都要有一点点进步的信念贯穿于日常血液检测工作中，为了防止核酸病毒的降解，那怕是凌晨出结果、哪怕是白天和晚上都得安排实验，必须严格控制核酸标本72小时完成检测。为了确保最短时间出报告，每批次实验均需计算标本排序，以最节约又最安全的检测模式制定最佳检测策略，如果血液标本回来晚跟不上实验，实验时，必须查清这批血液标本采集的第一例标本时间，预留无效、二次检测等需消耗的时间，保证最早的标本72小时内出结果，如此“周折”的目的只有一个也仅有一个，就是保障报告准确及时发布，临床用血及时安全。实验中更是将减少来回走动避免气流冲击影响实验过程这样的细节纳入控制环节；实验室的清洁、消毒大到整机设备、物体表面，小到仪器的每一根针，每一粒键盘、门把手、密码锁无论从消毒剂量的配置，还是消毒频次的监控，都需每日观察、每日调整；将工作中日复一日的计算、统计、评估、整理、整顿养成一种自律习惯，只因生命至上，质量在我手中。</span></p><p 当晨曦的光透过玻璃洒在13毫米直径的采血管时，献血者的颗颗爱心在橙黄色的血浆里跳跃，设备机械臂来回走动的声音更似一首美妙的乐曲，每每此时，我都能被眼前的这一幕灵动画卷深深感动，我想我对核酸检测岗的喜爱是由内而外的。核酸实验周期长，设备故障、紧急血小板等等需要加班时，出结果一般都在凌晨12点左右，夜晚实验过程中迈着有点份量的双腿，担忧的不是疲惫的身体和错过饭点的肚皮，而是故障的原因、核酸样本的72小时，血小板报告几时能发布，实验室环境是否能承受多次的阳性质控？只要是实验有特殊情况，就是再晚，我都会等结果出来，一方面是我想知道最终的结果，另一方面是要及时把当天的报告发布出去，让用血者第一时间用到救命的血液，也只因这是我岗位上的义务，也是我肩上的责任。</span></p><p inherit;">保障血液检测质量安全这一工作责任重大，面临新机遇新压力新挑战，我喜欢将压力转化为动力，也喜欢任务来临时主动站出来。</span><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";font-size: 16px;color: inherit;">ISO15189实验室认可工作与时俱进，我将它作为提升个人业务能力的最大契机，利用工作之余，学习相关标准行规、参与编写质量体系文件、策划并实施性能验证方案，逐一对标，认真实践准则对血液检测过程的要求，通过将近一年的学习，弥补了我工作中的薄弱环节，使我有机会系统、完整的学习质量体系文件全过程的建立及持续改进。</span><br></p><p 宋体;">一场突如其来的疫情，能让人看清很多东西，比如国家面对突发事件时强大的调控能力、国民团结一心共抗病毒的凝聚力；我站新冠肺炎康复者血浆的采集及支援湖北几千袋血液的发出，更体现的是我们血站上下一班人勇于担当的魄力和无私奉献的大爱之心；对于我——一位渺小的血液检测员，最大的感受是作为全额事业单位的一员，在全国企业工厂员工无班可上的情况下，我的工资仍能一分不少、照常发放，该如何做才能不辜负单位提供的这份工作？疫情以前，我一直觉得我和我六年如一日坚守的核酸实验室之间应该是相互成就的过程，疫情过后，我觉得我错了，应该是核酸实验室成就了今天的我，随着一个个问题的解决、一次次任务的完成，核酸检测岗还是核酸检测岗，但我个人的综合能力却发生了质的飞跃，所以，我们应该热爱护佑我们的国家，感恩单位提供的工作岗位，更需我们在自己的工作岗位上拼搏进取、努力奉献，以实现自我人生价值。</span></p><p
