letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><p style="text-align: justify;font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 0.544px;line-height: 2em;font-family: -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">各中心校、初中、高中：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">为进一步加强机动车辆出入校园的安全管理，切实保障广大师生的生命安全和身体健康，持续维护和谐稳定的全区教育生态环境，根据<strong>《陕西省中小学幼儿园安全管理办法》</strong>（陕教规范〔2017〕7号）《临渭区中小学安全管理工作任务清单100条》等有关文件精神，结合我区教育系统实际，特制定《临渭区中小学幼儿园机动车辆出入校园安全管理办法》，现印发你们，请遵照执行。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="text-align: right;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">渭南市临渭区教育局</span></p><p style="text-align: right;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2020年6月5日</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">临渭区中小学幼儿园机动车辆出入校园安全管理办法</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">一、车辆进入城乡中小学、幼儿园及有学生活动的教育教学场所须满足四个条件：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">1.校门口能满足人车分流的要求</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">2.校内有宽阔的车辆停放场地或地下停车场</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">3.车辆进、出时能够全程、专人监管</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">4.车辆行驶的线路、停放的位置都没有师生活动</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">二、校园内有条件规划机动车辆停车位的，要科学规划，不能占用师生活动场地，并要设置必要的交通标识、标线、标牌。<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">校园场地狭小的中小学校、幼儿园不能设置停车位，严禁一切机动车辆入内</span>，并在校门口规范放置防撞墩。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">三、<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">教职员工的机动车进入校园须征得学校同意</span>，并提供车辆及驾驶人的相关有效证件，每学期签订一次机动车辆出入安全责任书，明确驾驶人的责任。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">四、学生上放学、下课期间或师生室外活动期间，<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">不允许任何车辆出、入校园。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">五、<span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">教职工驾驶车辆进、出校园时，必须减速慢行</span>(时速不超过5公里/时)，按规定的时间、路线行驶、停放，听从指挥，禁止鸣笛，禁止进入学校的教学区、学生的生活区等人员密集区域。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">六、城乡中小学、幼儿园实行封闭式管理，禁止外来车辆进入校园。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">七、校园内有家属楼或家属居住的中小学校、幼儿园须制订家属车辆出入规章制度；校园内不能设置停车位的中小学校、幼儿园，不得允许任何车辆进入校园；具备车辆进出条件的中小学校、幼儿园，家属车辆按照教职工车辆的管理办法执行，并签订车辆出入安全责任书。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">八、城乡中小学校、幼儿园不得出租校园内场地、地下车库停放校外机动车辆，不得利用教育教学用地建设对社会开放的停车场。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">九、校车要按规定时间进入校园，须按规定路线行驶、停放。食堂运送材料的货车、消防车、工程抢修车和救护车等，由相关人员在校门口接车，在专人监管、确保安全的情况下进入、离开。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><br></p><p style="font-size: 15px;"><br></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">十、教职工的摩托车、电动车、自行车需集中规划停车位，禁止停放在办公室、楼道、消防通道、师生活动场地。教职工的摩托车、电动车、自行车、脚踏三轮车进出校门时必须推车通过，校内禁止骑行。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: center;"><br></p><p><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);"><strong style="font-size: 16px;">拓展阅读：</strong></span><br></p><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com"><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="93695"><section style="background: rgba(199, 240, 246, 0.173);color: rgb(56, 126, 173);border-radius: 10px;padding: 5px;"><section style="border-style: dashed dashed none;border-width: 2px;border-color: rgb(121, 120, 128);"><section style="padding: 1em 0.8em; 最好是所有车辆禁止入内，不然领导的车还是能进 谁的都不让进。硬性的，这个规定给他们留的空间和理由太多了
所有车辆坚决禁止进入校园！放假除外
再不要说啥全部禁止了，全部禁止的条款多了，但你还是能看到违禁的，这只是跟着别人走，没啥意义。
