农民I工不能摆摊吗，李总理都说可以，我六点工地下班，我在信达红绿灯北摆了一小时，城管就让收摊了，只买了一双拖脱鞋，两个人还没吃饭，日子真难，城管大哥们能给开个绿灯吗？
