15px;'>2020年6月9日10时15分，一辆摩托车行驶时因未戴安全头盔被白水大队西固中队民警拦停。待车辆靠边停稳后，民警示意驾驶人熄火，并请其出示驾驶证、行驶证，驾驶人满脸通红，说驾驶证忘记带了，其身上还散发着酒味，存在酒后驾驶的嫌疑。民警随即对驾驶人进行呼气式酒精检测仪检测，经检测，酒精含量为32.3mg/100ml，涉嫌饮酒后驾驶机动车。民警立即将夏某带回做进一步调查。经民警调查发现，该驾驶人夏某于2019年2月因饮酒驾驶、无证驾驶摩托车已经被处罚过，至今仍未考取摩托车驾驶证，这次又因再次饮酒后无证驾驶机动车被民警查处，等待夏某将是法律的严惩。</span></section><p><span 15px;'>2020年6月4日早上7时20分许，白水大队西固中队民警在对唐某某驾驶的一辆蓝色号牌为陕EXP86*“雪佛兰”牌小型轿车检查时，驾驶人一打开车窗，民警便闻到驾驶室内有浓浓的酒味，怀疑驾驶人可能喝酒了。便让其配合检查，当场通过呼气酒精检测仪检测出酒精含量数值超过80mg/100ml毫克，随后带至医院进行抽血，经渭南市人民医院司法鉴定所鉴定结论，唐某某血液乙醇含量为164.68/100ml，属于醉酒后驾驶机动车，涉嫌危险驾驶罪。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>经过进一步询问得知，唐某某于6月3日晚上喝了酒，认为自己喝完酒回家睡一觉后就没有什么事情了，6月4日一大早就准备驾车去上班，于是就抱着侥幸心理驾车上道路行驶，万万没想到刚上路行驶，就被交警查获了。</span></section><p><span class="wxart_image" 15px;'>6月4日凌晨，澄城交警大队冯原中队民警在冯庄路刘家洼街附近，发现一辆无牌两轮摩托车上2男子均未戴头盔，要求摩托车驾驶人停车接受检查，同时接受呼气式酒精检测，可是，摩托车驾驶人极不配合，驾车行驶近一公里，最终，才将摩托车拦停。民警走近摩托车，发现两人都有酒味。经对摩托车驾驶人检测，结果酒精含量为196mg/100ml,涉嫌醉酒驾驶机动车，随后，民警将其带至医院抽血检测。</span></section><section 15px;'>2020年5月19日22时许，华州分局交通管理大队杏林中队在赤水街道镇政府门口设立检查点进行夜查整治行动，发现一男子驾驶无号牌的普通二轮摩托车且未戴安全头盔，沿华州区赤水街道由东向西行驶，民警便对其进行检查，检查过程中驾驶人散发出浓浓的酒味，并且无法出示驾驶证行驶证，此时民警手中的电子酒精测试仪红灯闪烁，显示驾驶人有酒驾嫌疑。经过吹气式酒精检测试仪检测，驾驶人张某某的酒精含量为70mg/100ml，涉嫌饮酒后驾驶机动车的违法行为。</span></section><p><span
