15px;'>1、2006年9月份，被告人陈**在担任渭南市审计局党组书记、局长期间，以其妻兄李家居做生意周转为由向董**借款50万元人民币，董**随后在渭南市临渭区示范幼儿园家属院将50万元人民币交给李家居。2008年间，李家居将50万元人民币陆续交给陈**，委托陈**向董**归还，陈**将该50万元转入其个人银行账户用于炒股，直至被组织调查时，仍未归还董启壮50万元，董**也一直未向陈**索要。陈**在董启壮承建渭南市审计局4号家属楼、渭南市审计大厦等工程提供帮助，并默认该50万元为董**对自己的感谢费。</span></p><p 15px;'>6、2010、2012、2014、2017年，被告人陈**利用职务之便分别收受陕西渭南**有限公司原法定代表人贺**和该公司副总经理贺**所送200万元人民币，价值103.09万元的汽车三辆（包括：价值23.8万元的宝马120轿车一辆、价值54.8万元的沃尔沃XC60 SUV一辆、价值24.49万元的别克昂科威SUV一辆）和价值15.2万元的金条五根，为该公司在中标韦罗高速BOT项目和该项目实施过程中的征地拆迁等事项上提供帮助。</span></p><p style='margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;border-width: 15px;'>9、2011年7、8月、2013年4、5月、2015年4月、2015年5月、2015年9月，被告人陈**利用职务之便，分五次收受陕西**有限公司、陕西鑫昱置业有限公司法定代表人刘*所送现金共计160万元人民币、500克金条1块、价值8000元的书法作品一幅、赝品书法作品一幅，为其在渭南市G108渭南至大荔一级公路改建工程、黄渭高速白水至蒲城段公路BOT等项目上提供帮助。</span></p><p
