1px;">新规规定，公办幼儿园的保教费、住宿费实行政府定价，收入纳入行政事业性收费管理；民办幼儿园的保教费、住宿费纳入经营服务性收费管理，实行市场调节价。各设区市、县价格主管部门应会同教育、财政等部门建立公办幼儿园、普惠性民办幼儿园保教费标准动态调整机制，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);">原则上每 3-5 年核定一次保教费收费标准</span><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">。不同等级的公办幼儿园，保教费标准可有所不同，但在同一县（区、市）域内相同等级的幼儿园保教费标准应统一。</span></section><section 0);">幼儿园不得在保教费外以开办实验班、特色班、兴趣班、课后培训班和亲子班等特色教育为名向幼儿家长另行收取费用</span><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">，也不得以任何名义向幼儿家长收取与入园挂钩的赞助费、捐资助学费、建校费、教育成本补偿费等费用。 </span></section><section 122, 170);color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">不得跨学期预收</span></strong></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;text-align: center;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">新规还对“退费”作出了详细规定，幼儿园对入园幼儿按月或按学期收取保教费，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);">不得跨学期预收。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">幼儿因故退（转）园的，幼儿园应当根据已发生的实际保教成本情况退还幼儿家长一定预收费用。实行按月缴费的幼儿园，幼儿当月在园天数不足当月法定工作日数一半（含一半）的，按保教费、住宿费缴费额的50%退还；超过当月法定工作日数一半的，不退还所缴保教费、住宿费。实行按学期缴费的幼儿园，当月退费规定参照上述按月缴费的退费政策执行，剩余整月保教费、住宿费全额退还。因园方原因或不可抗力因素影响，造成幼儿不能正常入园的，幼儿园应当按实际天数退还保教费、住宿费。</span></section><section 1px;">因幼儿园刊登、散发虚假招生简章（广告）或其他违反国家规定的行为造成幼儿不能正常在园的，幼儿园应全额退还所缴保教费、住宿费，造成幼儿损失的应依法承担赔偿责任。服务性收费应按未服务的实际天数据实退还所缴费用。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></section><section 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">新规明确，幼儿园收费实行公示制度，应通过门户网站、公示栏、公示牌等形式，向社会公示收费项目、收费标准、收费依据、收费主体、收费对象和退费规定、举报电话等相关内容，主动接受家长和社会的监督。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;"><br></section><section
