<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><br></p><section style="text-align: center;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">昨天（8月17日）</span></section><section style="text-align: center;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">渭南市教育局发布了“三严格”措施</span></section><h2 style="text-align: center;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">部署秋季开学疫情防控和校园安全稳定工作</span></h2><p><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;text-align: center;border-color: rgb(68, 153, 231);border-style: solid;border-width: 1px;"></span></p><section data-role="outer" label="Powered by 135editor.com"><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="97149"><section style="margin:10px auto;"><section style="border-width: 5px;border-style: solid;border-color: rgb(110, 168, 248);padding: 1em;"><section style="display:flex;justify-content: space-between;align-items: center;"><section style="width: 10px;height: 10px;border-radius: 100%;background: rgb(250, 200, 104);overflow: hidden;"><br></section><section style="width: 10px;height: 10px;border-radius: 100%;background: rgb(250, 200, 104);overflow: hidden;"><br></section></section><section data-autoskip="1" style="margin-top: 10px; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">秋季开学在即，省内外疫情反复出现，加之正值汛期“七下八上”关键时期，全市教育系统秋季开学期间疫情防控和校园安全稳定工作形势不容乐观。为扎实做好秋季开学工作，切实保障全市师生生命安全和身体健康，市教育局下发《关于切实做好秋季开学疫情防控和校园安全稳定工作的通知》，精心组织，专题安排，提出“三严格”要求，确保做好疫情防控和校园安全稳定工作。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #c00000;">一是严格落实疫情防控举措，积极做好秋季开学准备工作。</span></strong></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">毫不放松地落实已经出台的各项疫情防控措施，在暑期“不漏一日、不漏一人、不漏一校”的师生健康监测基础上，积极调整完善防控措施，对照国家卫健委、教育部最新修订的《高等学校、中小学校和托幼机构秋冬季新冠肺炎疫情防控技术方案的通知》（国卫办疾控函〔2020〕668号）要求，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">强化开学前14天健康状况监测，对有中高风险地区旅居史的重点监测</span><span style="font-size: 15px;">，确保健康后方可正常入校入园，同时严格遵循传染病“控制传染源、切断传播途径、保护易感染群体”防治原则，充分利用开学前间隙，依托卫健、疾控、医校包联（卫生副校长）专家，慎终如始抓好常态化疫情防控工作，确保校园一方净土、确保师生生命安全。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">二是严格做好重点场所消杀，切实抓好校园环境卫生整治。</span></strong></span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">一是要集中开展校园及周边卫生清洁消杀行动，各级各类学校在秋季学期正式开学前，组织专人对校园及周边环境卫生进行彻底清洁和消杀。二是常态化开展校园关键场所和重要时间节点的消杀工作。要安排专人在学生返校后每天对教室、宿舍、食堂、卫生间、电梯等重要区域进行卫生清洁和消杀。针对性做好学生上放学时段的校门口、课间休息后的卫生间、用餐后的食堂、晚眠后的宿舍等重要区域环境卫生的清洁、消杀和通风。三是要提前做好生活用水、自备井的水质检测和更新，严格做好学校超市过期或霉变食品的下架和清除。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><br></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;color: #c00000;">三是严格做好隐患排查整治，切实保障秋季开学校园安全。</span></strong></section><section style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">要求各县市区立即组织辖区各级各类学校开展全面排查，消除安全隐患。联合公安、交通、城管执法、消防救援部门重点就学校门禁、校舍安全、消防安全、特种设备及危险化学品和药品、新冠肺炎及其他传染病预防、校车和学生交通安全、食品安全、校园周边治理、学生集体活动场所等开展全面检查。重点加强汛期学校教室、宿舍、厕所、食堂等建筑物，以及围墙、护坡、护坎等附属设施进行全面安全检查。对因暴雨、洪水严重影响，泡水、浸水、下陷、墙体酥松透水的校舍园舍和附属设施，必须组织专业部门进行鉴定，确认安全后，方可恢复使用。同时加强电线路、配电设施检查频率，及时消除和整改各类安全隐患。对检查发现的问题要全面梳理，明确责任，落实措施，限期整改到位。</span></section></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">严格落实<br></span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(171, 25, 66);">疫情防控</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 11px;">（来源：渭南市教育局）<br></span></p></section><p><br></p></div> 保障学校安全，应该的 这样学生的安全就有保障了呢 不该放松警惕，应该一直这样严格！人都爱跑
