临渭交警你站出来说说交法38条被你们滥用到什么时候？？
关于这条规定交警在执法时自由裁量权弹性过大，交警也可以判定汽车驾驶员有一定过错，负事故次要责任，理由是驾驶机动车行径路口时没有注意观察，或是没有减速，反正是把你拿捏的死死的。
这回没有稀泥摸光墙，干的漂亮！该谁的责任就谁承担。
