0);'>各幼儿园按照类别对照标准直接减免适龄幼儿的保教费，要求幼儿家长在免保教费确认表上签字</span>，并留存相关复印件等资料，做好本学期免保教费和补助公用经费幼儿人数的统计上报工作。开学后区教育局联合区财政局以“进园核查”的形式，逐一核查免费幼儿人数，待核查结束后，各中心校将辖区内幼儿园的《临渭区2020年秋季学期学前教育免费情况统计表》汇总后报送区教育局。</span></section><section 0);'>全区义务教育阶段中小学（含社会力量办学）所有学生免费提供国家课程教科书，免费标准依据新华书店核定的教科书标准执行。</span>全面实施免书费政策后，国家推行部分教科书循环使用制度，即为学生免费提供《科学》、《音乐》、《美术》、《信息技术》、《体育与健康》等书。循环用书每学期底由学校统一回收保管，供下一级学生使用。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: left;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>免书费人数以2020年秋季在校学生数为准，不得虚报、瞒报，严禁加报教师用书。各校要制订循环用书工作方案，并严格按照循环用书工作方案执行。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: left;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'>二、免除学杂费及补助公用经费</span></strong></span></p><p style='text-align: left;line-height: 2em;'><span 0);'>义务教育学校公用经费中省补助标准每生每年小学800元、初中1000元，农村寄宿制学校分别再增加200元。</span>同时，继续对农村不足100人的规模较小学校按100人核定公用经费，按每生每年60元补助义务教育学校取暖费。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: left;line-height: 2em;'><span 0);'>另外，区级财政补助标准农村学校每生每年小学48元、初中72元。</span>高中学校免除学费后对具有全国学生学籍信息管理系统普通高中学籍的在校生补助公用经费，城市普通高中每生每年700元，省级标准化高中每生每年1600元。特殊教育学校和随班就读残疾学生公用经费补助标准为每生每年6000元。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: 15px;'>各中心校校长全面负责辖区义务段学校（含社会力量办学）的免费工作，对辖区各校上报的免费数据进行审核，签字汇总，完成上报。各校长为免费工作的“第一负责人”，全面负责本校各项免费统计工作，切实做好开学免费工作的安排、组织和实施，确保数据按时上报。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='text-align: left;line-height: 2em;'><span
