padding-bottom: 1em; padding-left: 1em; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">(一)独生子女保健费</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">夫妻双方终身只生育一个子女或者依法收养一个子女，并领取《独生子女父母光荣证》的，自领证之日起至子女十八周岁止，每月领取不得低于三十元，并随经济社会发展逐步提高。渭南市出台了《渭南市独生子女保健费发放管理办法》，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);">规定为每月三十元。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）新合疗补助</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">农村独生子女或者双女户家庭参加新型农村合作医疗的，减免父母及子女个人缴费数额的三分之一，减免费用由政府财政承担，并提高单病种报销比例。由于省政府没有出台具体的执行办法，还是执行以前的标准，</span><span style="font-size: 15px;background-color: rgb(255, 251, 0);">每人每年补助20元，子女年满18周岁就不再享受，但父母一直享受。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（三）独生子女伤残扶助</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">独生子女发生意外伤残达到三级以上，其父母不再生育并不再收养子女，且女方年满四十九周岁的，每人每月补助350元。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（四）失独家庭扶助</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">1、一次性补助。独生子女死亡家庭，每户给予3万元的一次性补助金。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">2、失独家庭扶助。失独家庭父母不再生育或者收养子女的，自女方年满四十九周岁起每人每月550元（中省450元，渭南提高100元）；年满60周岁的，每人每月1100元（中省1000元，渭南提高100元）。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（五）农村部分计划生育家庭奖励扶助（国家奖励扶助）</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">农村只有一个男孩和两个女孩的家庭，父母年满六十周岁的，每人每月发放100元。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;">（六）独女户奖励扶助</span></strong></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">农村只有一个女孩的家庭，父母年满五十五周岁至六十周岁的，每人每月发放100元。如夫妻双方一方户籍为城镇，一方为农村户籍，是有农村户籍的可以享受。</span></p><p><br></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">独生子女保健费在户籍所在地村（社区）、镇（办）申请，县级审核发放，各县申请审核时间、发放时间不一样，具体咨询所在县市区卫生健康部门；以上二至七项：新合疗补助、独生子女伤残扶助、独生子女死亡扶助、手术并发症扶助、国家奖励扶助、独女户奖励扶助都是需要个人在村（社区）、镇（办）申请初审，县级复审，当年10月-12月份对下一年度对象进行年审，录入陕西省奖励扶助系统，每年12月底前，由各县（市、区）委托银行将当年资金统一发放。</span></p></section></section></section></section><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 12px;">（来源：渭南政府网）</span></p></section></div><p></p> 真的太好了 希望抓好这项工作，让这项惠及千万计生家庭。 谁能享受到{:qqemoji9:}{:qqemoji9:}{:qqemoji9:}{:qqemoji9:}独生子女证办了有7.8年了，从来没有享受过任何补助，都不知道补给谁了{:qqemoji45:}
