套路啊，不进行工程结算，就可以说钱没给，其实前面给的已经够了，劳务公司没打算结算。因为结算了还好给别人支付，尾款不结算，就可以赖着不给别人。有些公司跟甲方关系好，活没干完，大部分费用都给支了。
渭南的建筑市场有点乱，现在国家要求农民工工资实名制了，也就是农民工工资由建设单位直接通过银行给工人打到卡里的，这个说明这个开发商监管不到位，政府也监管不到位？
