font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 庭审前，王玉琦认真做好了庭前准备工作。庭审中，在审判长王玉琦有条不紊的庭审组织下，法庭调查、举证质证、法庭辩论到被告人最后陈述等庭审环节环环相扣、有序推进。经过庭审教育，被告人杨某某在最后陈述中对自己的行为表示忏悔，当庭表示认罪悔罪。经审理，法庭根据被告人杨某某的犯罪事实、性质、情节及社会危害程度，结合被告人杨某某认罪认罚情况，当庭宣判被告人杨某某犯诈骗罪，判处有期徒刑四年四个月，并处罚金20000元；涉案违法所得171580元继续予以追缴，发还被害人。被告人杨某某当庭表示服判不上诉。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
