line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">根据原环境保护部会同相关部委2017年发布的第38号公告（以下简称38号公告），《关于汞的水俣公约》（以下简称《汞公约》）自2017年8月16日起对我国生效，其中明确“自2026年1月1日起，禁止生产含汞体温计和含汞血压计。”为贯彻落实《汞公约》和38号公告，做好含汞体温计和含汞血压计产品的注册和生产有关工作，现就有关要求通知如下：</span></section><section style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">一、 已经取得医疗器械注册证的含汞体温计和含汞血压计产品，原注册证在证书有效期内继续有效；注册证有效期届满可以申请延续注册，但限定其注册证有效期不得超过2025年12月31日。</span></section><section style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、 已经按照医疗器械受理的含汞体温计和含汞血压计产品，继续按照医疗器械进行审评审批，准予注册的，发给医疗器械注册证，限定其注册证书有效期不得超过2025年12月31日。</span></section><section style="max-width: 100%;
