渭南一医院职工违规收取44名患者检查费被查处
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><p data-mpa-powered-by="yiban.io"><br></p><h1 style='text-align: center;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>近日，渭南市华州区纪委监委通报了2起</span></h1><h1 style='text-align: center;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>漠视侵害群众利益问题典型案例</span></h1><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>为进一步严明纪律规矩，发挥典型案例警示震慑作用，现将近期查处的2起漠视侵害群众利益问题典型案件通报如下：</span></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;'>1.高塘中心卫生院职工、放射士杨耀峰违规收取患者检查费等问题。</span></strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2019年11月1日至2020年3月16日，杨耀峰在上班期间，未执行有关廉洁纪律规定，利用在医院放射科工作的便利条件，</span><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(171, 25, 66);'>违规收取44名患者检查费和1名患者材料费、治疗费2840元，违反了廉洁纪律。</span><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2020年6月杨耀峰受到记过处分。违纪资金予以收缴。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'>2.赤水镇江村原村委会主任、党支部书记李志亮虚报冒领危重房屋补贴的问题。</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>在03·8灾后国家对群众的危重房屋补贴时，时任赤水镇江村村委会主任的李志亮未按照群众实际受损面积上报，在群众实际受损面积上多加了一部分，套取国家补助款，侵害了群众的合法权益，违反了群众纪律。2020年5月，李志亮受到党内警告处分。违规套取的补助款予以收缴。</span></p><p><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>通报要求，全区广大党员干部要从中汲取教训，举一反三，引以为戒。全区各党组织要深入贯彻落实党中央决策部署和省委、市委、区委工作安排，认真抓好专项整治工作，不断增强群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。全区各纪检监察组织要履行好监督执纪问责主业主责，集中开展专项整治工作，着力解决漠视侵害群众利益问题，对专项整治中发现的虚报冒领、截留挪用、优亲厚友等漠视侵害群众利益的违纪违法问题线索，发现一起查处一起，切实维护好群众的切身利益。（渭南市华州区纪委监委）</span></p><p style='text-align: center;'><span style='font-size: 11px;'>（来源：渭南市华州区纪委监委）</span><br></p><p style='text-align: center;'><span style='font-size: 11px;'><br></span></p></div> 就应该严查，现在看病这么贵，还要被坑应该判刑
