供热方变更，供暖费交给供暖公司，物业以没有经费来维修下游管道了。

你们不供暖还有告知，朝阳公园东临朝阳小区没供暖连通知都没有
所有的集中供暖都是捆绑消售，以便于企业耍流氓。
