0);'>常言道：一个人做一件好事不难，难的是十几年坚持不懈的做好事。杨军就是这样，从2002年开始参与无偿献血，至今捐献全血23次，累计全血量8400毫升。捐献血小板9次，累计17个治疗量。2015年3月该同志荣获中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会、中国红十字总会、中国人民解放军总后勤部卫生部联合颁发的“全国无偿献血奉献奖记得2002年夏天杨军的父亲因病住院，一天上午，杨军同志刚推开父亲住院的病房门，就看到和其父亲同病房的一位老人因为休克医生正在抢救的场面，当他听到医生讲“病人虚弱，需要输血”的话语后，一个箭步跨上前，说道：“医生我年轻，抽我的血！”在经过化验等一系列严格医学程序后，他的血型正好于病人相同，可以输血……。杨军同志如愿以偿的看到自己鲜红的血液流入老人的血管，看到老人慢慢的苏醒并流露感激，他的心里感到一股暖流在涌动，原来自己的献血行动可以挽救别人的生命。从那时起，“帮助别人、快乐自己”的想法在他的心里深深地扎下根来。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>他是这样想的，也是这样做的。从2002年11月至今，在长达十五年的时间里，他怀揣着人间的真情大爱，在年龄逐渐增长和体质日益衰退的情况下，经过一次次的精心调养，以一个健康人的体魄，义无反顾的参与了无偿献血活动。记得2008年在汶川地震发生后，他去献血，他提出要多献一些血，为灾区的人奉献自己微薄的力量。当献完血回家后他的高血压病又犯了，妻子和女儿看到他痛苦的表情，劝他以后要保重自己的身体，不要再献血了，而他却说“能挽救他人生命，是一件很快乐的事！”说起献血经历中最惊险的一幕，杨军说，那是2011年的大年临近，他正拿起筷子准备吃午饭，突然接到渭南市献血办的电话，说医院有个危重病人，急需和他相同的血小板抢救，请他援助。当时，新年临近，符合条件能够献血的志愿者因为路远迟迟赶不到，而他的家距离献血办最近，但杨军28天前刚刚捐献过血小板，刚好临界捐献节点。“救人要紧，赶紧走！”杨军二话没说，疾奔献血办。因为急于赶路导致血压有点高，稍稍休息之后，杨军血压下降，在得知血小板指数已降到23.5，符合捐献要求之后，主动提出捐献双份血小板（一份相当于全血800毫升），最终使危重病人转危为安。杨军说，直到献血办表彰自己时，才知道当时抢救的是一位大出血的产妇。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>在杨军同志的感召下，渭南市国税系统先后有20余人加入了无偿献血的行列，韩巧玲、姚卫东等5位同志荣获“全国无偿献血奉献奖铜奖”。送人玫瑰，手留余香，在帮助别人的同时自己真的能够感受到一种幸福的感觉，虽然没有报酬，也许很累，但是享受得到快乐，却是什么都换不来。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>平时，杨军的脸上总是挂着一种浅浅的微笑，和蔼可亲，而他的内心一直怀揣着中华民族的一种美德-孝心。他的兄弟姐妹和父母居住在澄城县城，环境也很优越。为了让父母亲幸福的安度晚年，2000年他将父母接到渭南市他的家中，从此，清晨上班前有他给父母买早点的忙碌身影，下班时有陪伴父母聊天的欢快笑声，晚上有将洗脚水端到父母身边的感人举动。就这样，从2000年到2014年十五年间，他的父母亲在杨军的陪伴下幸福地度过了晚年并安详的离去。这则故事，看似很平常，但在物欲横流的今天，也是难能可贵的。</span></p><p 0);'>　　“我是来找我的救命恩人，只打听到是你们部队的，希望你们能够帮我找到他。”2018年11月11日中午，在部队营门接待室，被救的落水群众陈振美女士和家人带着写有“寒水救人不留名，感谢亲人解放军”字样的锦旗，来到部队寻找救命恩人，表达对恩人解放军的深深谢意。至此，陆军某基地驻华阴某区下士张益振勇救落水群众的英勇事迹才被该区官兵所知晓。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　见到张益振后，陈女士紧紧握着他的手不停地表示感谢，她的家人更是哽咽地说道：“真的非常感谢你，要是人没了，回去后真不知道该怎么向家里交代。”张益振连忙说：“人没事就好，这都是我们解放军应该做的。”</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　事情要回到2018年11月10日下午，张益振利用周末请假外出时间，与自己主动资助的两名贫困学生和联络老师相约在驻地城市公园，了解资助学生的期中考试成绩以及近期的学习生活情况，希望能在生活上给予更多的帮助，刚要问及资助学生近期困难时，正在公园内观赏景色同家人拍照留念的河南省驻马店市平舆县的陈女士，由于雨水浸湿地面，不慎滑入公园的湖水之中，同行的家人不懂水性，手足无措，只好大声呼救，期待好心路人赶来救援。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　闻听呼救声，作为军人的张益振本能地四处察看，发现有一名中年妇女落入了公园内的湖水之中。景观湖的湖岸是用水泥和鹅卵石砌成的，与湖面高差约1米，湖水深度2米左右。北方的初冬时节，天空中飘着小雨，当地气温已降至3℃，穿上棉衣也不免有些寒意侵身。落水的陈女士本就不会游泳，再被这冰冷的湖水一刺激，本能性的蹬腿很快就被小腿的抽搐所替代，在肌肉疼痛与湖水漫鼻的窒息感双重刺激下，陈女士的身体不断往下沉，情况十分危急。情急之下，只学过一些溺水自救知识的张益振，边跑边把外套扔向身旁的学生，箭一般地冲向岸边，纵身跳入冰冷的湖水之中，奋力向落水者游去。 </span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　到达落水者附近后，张益振先用拖拽的方式进行施救，过于惊吓的陈女士死死抱住他的身体，使得他体力消耗得非常快，眼看着两人就要一起往下沉。张益振一边安抚陈女士不要害怕，一边迅速改用从陈女士背后向前推的方法施救，他一手顶住落水者的腰部，另一只手拼命划水，拼尽全力将落水者往几米开外的岸边推去，在张益振的托举和岸上焦急等待的落水者家人和老师、学生的共同提拉下，陈女士成功上岸。随后，张益振也在岸上人员的帮助下吃力地爬了上来，寒风吹过，身体不禁打了一个寒颤。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　所幸落水者的生命并无大碍，呛了几口湖水，浑身发颤，疲惫不堪，说不上一句话来，张益振顾不上沾水衣物带来的冰冷，指挥周围人帮助落水的陈女士躬下身子，用力拍打她的后背，将堵塞气管的那股脏水拍出，陈女士这才开口说了上岸后的第一句话：“小伙子，谢谢你！是你救了我的命”。张益振关切地说：“只要您生命没有危险，我就放心了”。</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>　　张益振不顾身体疲劳，一边按摩陈女士因冷水刺激而抽搐的小腿，一边对其进行心理安慰。过了七八分钟，落水的陈女士基本缓过了劲儿，张益振嘱咐了几句，让她赶紧回去换上干衣服，防止生病，自己随即准备转身离开。落水的陈女士一把拉住张益振，请求留下联系方式，表示身体恢复后一定要登门感谢。张益振婉言谢绝了陈女士的要求，并对她说：“这些都是应该的，谁看到了都会去搭救。”</span></section><section
