法律依据不对，罚款200元，不成立，可以向区政府提起行政复议，或者向临渭区人民法院提起行政诉讼，要求撤销
可以查一下所依据的法律条款，跟违法停车没有任何关系
平常对实在没有车位时的不在车位停车还能包容，毕竟人家不直接影响别人，但坚决支持对这几位重罚，一点都不能姑息，这种占道停车行为最可憎，你图方便停到那里让人家怎么走，那双黄线是压还是不压？
