15px;'>市天然气有限公司LNG调峰站站长张博介绍道，调峰站主要为渭南市天然气管道调峰，当城市管网压力偏低，调峰后可保障居民用气、供暖。站内专职人员每隔一小时对设备、罐体进行巡查，及时发现问题及时处理。罐体设有气动阀和手动阀，当发生危险气动阀失效后，可立即用手动阀关闭，有效遏制险情进一步发展。</span></section><section style='line-height: 15px;'>此次应急演练进一步落实党的十九大精神及习近平总书记来陕考察重要讲话精神，大力推进生态文明建设，认真贯彻执行《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》和《国家突发环境事件应急管理办法》，紧密围绕企业安全生产和环境保护。通过演练，有效提高生态环境等部门和企业应急联动指挥机制和指挥水平，提升应急处置、应急救援、抢险救灾、环境恢复的实战能力。同时，检验了生态环保部门和企业突发环境事故应急预案的科学性、针对性和实用性。熟悉突发环境事故应急处置程序，提高市、区两级生态环境部门及相关单位的应急管理水平，最大限度减少突发事故状态下的人员伤害、环境污染及财产损失。</span></section><section
