font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 5px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2006年12月16日晚，犯罪嫌疑人李某与郑某因琐事发生争执，后李某纠集高某某等人，与郑某发生厮打，后高某用刀将郑某刺伤后潜逃，郑某经抢救无效死亡。15年来，虽然线索难觅，但是蒲城县公安局始终没有放弃对该案的侦查工作。今年以来，蒲城县副县长、公安局党委书记、局长王辉对常态化命案积案攻坚专项行动进行专题部署，刑侦副局长雷建利多次组织刑侦大队召开案件研讨会，谋划侦查措施，制定抓捕方案。刑侦大队负责人王治国以高度的职业责任心和政治敏锐性，再次对高某某的主要社会关系进行梳理调查，多次带领民警上门做工作、讲政策、讲道理，规劝其早日投案自首。功夫不负有心人。2021年3月30日，经刑侦大队民警多方联系，犯罪嫌疑人高某某（男，1985年6月出生，蒲城尧山人）同意向蒲城县公安局投案自首，刑侦大队负责人王治国连夜带队，驱车前往河南省洛阳市将高某某抓获归案。目前，案件正在进一步侦办之中。</section><section style="text-align: left; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; line-height: 1.75em; margin-bottom: 5px; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">近日，蒲城县公安局刑侦大队得到广东茂名警方案情通报获悉，1993年因涉嫌故意伤害致死的上网逃犯梁某某在蒲城有活动轨迹，广东警方多次追捕均未果。获此线索后，蒲城县公安局副县长、公安局党委书记、局长王辉高度重视，第一时间责成刑侦大队成立工作专班，全力开展案件线索核查。时隔28年，梁某某上网追逃时所用的是年轻时的黑白照片，现在相貌特征变化较大。为确保线索核查准确无误，刑侦大队充分运用各种警务信息手段，成功锁定犯罪嫌疑人梁某某位于荆姚镇的案件线索。3月18日，主管刑侦工作副局长雷建利带领刑侦大队民警，在荆姚派出所的有力配合下，成功在荆姚镇一果库内将潜逃28年的命案逃犯梁某某抓捕归案。经查，1993年，犯罪嫌疑人梁某某（男，1964年6月出生，广东省茂名市人）因琐事与他人发生厮打，持刀将他人刺伤致死后潜逃。目前，犯罪嫌疑人梁某某已移交广东警方。</section><section style="max-width: 100%;
