max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>广东省广州市消费者蔡先生：与它（南方航空）宣传完全不符，它宣传是不限地点、不限时间。周末出行或者节假日之前左右出行是基本上是兑不到票，不可能的。你说每天提供不少于2万个座位，你这2万个座位是怎么安排的，现在只有它南航自己系统查询才知道。</blockquote><section data-role="paragraph" style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>甘肃省兰州市消费者石先生：因为航空公司的问题，导致我第一段不能飞，我后面两段肯定赶不上，如果No-show（放弃预订）的话，三次，那票就作废了。</blockquote><section data-role="paragraph" style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> </section></section> 不少消费者告诉记者，使用“随心飞”产品时一旦出现纠纷需要投诉，人工客服难拨通，投诉不受重视。 记者多次拨打多家航空公司的客服电话，和许多消费者所说的一样，人工客服平均等待时间超过5分钟。在网络投诉平台上，搜索关键词“随心飞”发现，有关的投诉超过了400件。<section data-role="outer"><section data-role="paragraph" style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><section data-role="outer" style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> </section></section></section>“随心飞”产品因“套路深”兑换难等问题饱受诟病记者了解到包括东航和南航在内近日有多个航空公司已经宣布下架“随心飞”系列产品对于“随心飞”的去留航空公司如何考量为何“随心飞”产品不能随心呢？ 事实上，今年初，不少航空公司继续推出了升级版的“随心飞”飞行套餐。和去年还需拼手速、抢购不同，今年并没有太大的水花。 在采访中，多位民航业内人士表示，2020年疫情严重时期，航空公司推出“随心飞”类产品，对稳定现金流、回笼资金起到一定作用，但这类产品本质上是“赔钱赚吆喝”。这些产品的平均客单价大约在八九百元左右，用户飞个三四次就回本了，但对航空公司来说，用户飞得越多，公司亏得越多。 就在本周，国有三大航空公司发布了2020年财报。中国国航、南方航空、东方航空合计营收约2207.04亿元，合计亏损370.82亿元，也就是说每天亏损1亿元以上。 <section data-role="outer"><section data-role="paragraph" style='max-width: 100%;
